About Me.

Dr.  Asif Ahmad is an active member of numerous national and international professional societies and serves on the editorial boards of several leading journals in the fields of Food Science and Nutrition. He has authored two books, contributed 25 book chapters, and published over 120 journal articles.

As a Fulbright Exchange Scholar, Dr. Ahmad completed his postdoctoral research in the USA. He also serves as an adjunct researcher at a university in Vietnam. In his public service role, Dr. Ahmad contributes to the Punjab Food Authority’s Scientific Panel and collaborates with several national and international institutes.

Currently, Dr. Ahmad is a Professor of Food Technology and the Director of the Institute of Food and Nutritional Sciences at PMAS-Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi.
